If you happen to have a Playstar playset, your dimensions might be very similar, in which case you can follow these steps closely. Otherwise, I suggest reading through and then borrowing ideas for materials and assembly. In any case, Ive tried to include as much step-by-step detail as possible.

Consider Surfacing And Mounding
When you are looking at your backyard and trying to decide where to put your course, you should consider a few things. The first is surfacing. You want to make sure that the surface you choose is smooth and level. This will help to prevent injuries and make the course more enjoyable.
The second thing you should consider is moundings. These are small hills that can be used to add some variety to the course. They can also be used to create obstacles. Moundings can be made from dirt, sand, or grass.

Alternative : Galvanized Steel Conduit Pipe
Conduit pipe can be found in the electrical section of your hardware store. This is another less expensive alternative. However, there are no flanges available for this type of pipe beams and resting the pipes in the notches. Cut some blocks from scrap wood and screw them over the pipes to keep them in place.
One disadvantage of this build is that the pipes will spin on you, but you can prevent this by drilling a hole through the end of each pipe and using a screw to secure the pipe in place. Drilling steel pipe can be tricky, however. You will want to use a center punch to make an indentation in the pipe first, and then use an appropriate drill bit to drill the holes.
The benefit of this method is that it becomes easier to later add or remove pipes to the ninja gym. This way, if your ninja is using the pipes for laches, you can adjust the distance between them more easily.

If you can get at least 8, place them side by side as seen in the pic and they are great to jump either into or on top of.
If one ever wears out, just get another one the same way. This is great for building agility, coordination, and focus.
You could also get larger tires, stand them up on end flat against each other and attach them to each other for a crawling tunnel.

A salmon ladder is a set of verticle pull up bars where you jump up a level each time you pull up. It is frequently featured on the TV shows American Ninja Warrior and Arrow.
Its called a salmon ladder because you are figuratively swimming upstream.
