Barry was our salesman and he designed a pool that fit our budget and dreams. Jose was a wonderful project manager. He answered our many questions and always responded to them in a timely manner. I got very sick during this process and they sent me flowers when I came home from the hospital. I recommend Richard’s to anyone wanting to build a pool of their dreams! This is a wonderful company!!
Richards came highly recommended by a friend and we are so happy with the outcome! Mike was great working with us on the design and helping us stay within the price range that we wanted. Due to COVID we did encounter many of the delays that every other pool company is encountering at this time but our project manager Jose was amazing at keeping us informed throughout the entire process. As with any large project like this issues did arise and modifications were needed to be made here and there but everything was resolved to our satisfaction. All in all we love our pool and would highly recommend these guys!

I had the pleasure of talking to you a couple of times this week, and I have to say I am more than pleased with the professionalism and you taking ownership of helping us. We cant always get every single thing done for our customers, when they want it, but we all can do our best effort to do so, and you have truly done that that is all one can honestly ask and expect. The single main reason I wanted to buy from Richards and not a fly-by-night trade show sale is to have someone we can pick up the phone or go see when we need ya! Hot tubs and pools are a lot of money for something that is recreation. Im not a 1-800 phone call guy. I want a business to do business with, not just an internet sale purchase.
